    Will be a shocker for a AL boy for sure. I bleed West Coast through and through. I loved Seattle. Housing is expensive and traffic sucks but I'd love to move back. I'll take endless drizzle over 100+ deg temps any day. Plus the summers there are amazing

    I'm the opposite... 5 years there was enough for me. Amazing place if you like the outdoors, and you don't mind getting wet from drizzle. Had a blast while there but it's now a check in the box.

    The experience is worth it. Cost is high but you can have fun while there. Austin is pretty much Seattle with better weather for reference. Lots of hipsters and music scenes... I had fun while there but it's what you make of it. Lots of damn navy people too :thumbsup: also, lots of public land to shoot and off-road which is a plus.
