While I was at the dealership getting my 05 worked on (there was a recall on rear leaf spring as well as spiral cable recall), I was walking the lot and this one caught my eye... still haven't seen the silver in person but man that Super White really "pops"!

When I got mine, they had a 4x4 TRD on the lot in white with the Rockstar black wheels. It was sweet. They tried to show it to me but it was a little out of my price range. They do look nice. Paint or replace the grille, though, if you get it. :)

I definitely want the TRD pro grille on th front. I think it would tie it all together perfectly with the black accents. Also, some predator tube steps :)

Things like this are reasons you should at least test drive the GM twins before you decide. They have Apple Car Play, and I think a nicer interior.

I went from an '05 TRD off-road Auto to a '17 TRD off-road Auto and the '17 is LIGHTYEARS better. I do not understand all the people who love the 4.0. It was a dog IMO. The 3.5 kicks it's ass all over the place. It rides better, gets better mileage, looks better and is just nicer to drive.

I had super-white on both and would recommend it. :)

The Pro Grille was the first thing I did to my truck as soon as I got home from the Dealership.

Get Super White. It's the coolest in summer and the brightest color on the road

I always thought the White Charger looked way more like Stormtroopers over Taco's.

True but a black taco with the pro grille looks more like vader.

I was just curious. Apple CarPlay is not a major reason for me to switch trucks

Honestly, I never test drove a auto for the 3rd gen. The MT is smooth and a blast to drive!! I drive it daily and never gets old. Of course, I'm Rarely stuck in traffic

Awesome to hear! How does it pull initially? Is the 17 shift happy?

This may just be an echo but we all know the 3rd gen is the sexiest looking mid size truck on the road today.

The more I look at the Super White the more I like it lol. I guess I've just heard some horror stories about 3rd gens from other 3rd gen owners who made the jump up from either 1st or 2nd gens. Either than transmission sucks, they hear a "hum" from the rear diff, etc
