Sounds like it's just best to bite the bullet on this one...

 

I think you'll be at 3", I got 3 from my 885's cause prerunner. 4x4 can expect about 2.5 due to the extra weight.
I'm a hair over 27.5" hub to fender & started at 20.5" stock. Initially I was at 28" but they've settled.

Get UCA's, save your money on diff drop. Camburg allows you to run a uniball or OEM BJ, SPC is inexpensive but still good, Total Chaos, Icon, and others look to be the same style as Camburg but lack the ability to allow the OEM BJ plus their price is higher. Ditch top plate spacers, except maybe the 1/4" for driver side lean, and get taller springs such as the OME 887's. AAL's are good for the wallet, but full leaf packs are good for longevity. You won't need extended brake lines up front for a 4x4 mid travel suspension, but they offer tighter breaking with stainless braided and piece of mind as well. I do however suggest extending the rear brake lines whether it be with new lines, or the poor mans spacer. I'll attach a pic of the spacer. Then the rear driveline vibration is a tough fight, but usually can be mitigated with the OME support bearing drop, bit not always as @Texas_Christo can tell you. Taking a before lift and after lift measurement can tell you what you need to do to avoid vibes. Then to run larger tires, you may need front wheel spacers for stock rims, or new rims with 4.5" to 3.75" back spacing as well as plastic trimming and cab mount chop. Alot of the rubbing and vibration issues are a play by ear thing where if you notice it's happening, you find out where its happening after the lift as there is no way to really tell before hand. There are some steps you can take for prevention, but they're not full proof.

 

Speaking of driveline vibes @Texas_Christo , next time you're in the area, I'd like to take some measurements so that we can eliminate your vibes.

 

I use one of these wire grabbers. I think I got mine at pepboys years ago, but I've seen them all over the place. H freight, lowes, home depot, Advanced, Pep, Zone, Rileys. Pretty sure they all have them. In a pinch before I would tape up 2 long zipties and feed them through the factory grommett with the wires taped on the end (long screwdriver works too but you have to go in from the kick panel or firewall.

 

You'll probably want uca's at that point.

Trying to work out the details of the 886 coils and then get everything else I would need. UCA are already waiting at the house and the struts and shocks will be here soon.
