No need to weld the cams. Just cut out square washers that fit tightly in your cam tab gussets, drill holes in them that put the arms in the location you want them and run grade 8 bolts in the lower lca's

Thanks for the info, makes sense. With how I'll be running and my setup I can put them anywhere in the bed then.

All this talk about the giant kit has me wishing I some more pics for this topic of what Anthony has done on my pile. Front hang is a lil different now but u get the idea. Inverted shackles mounted on outside of frame with a 40t pack and 18" 2.5 dbl bypass. Should be pretty stable!

More like "you ever take it of the jack stands?"

This is my new build since the last one got taken out by sand ninjas... Or was it a desert deer... Hmm. The build has taken longer than expected but getting closer so hopefully I will get to take it off some sweet jumps one day.

I had mine against the tailgate for a while and it was a pain in the ass. Even putting small stuff in the bed you would have to go up and over the spare. If you are gunna put them in the bed have them as far forward as possible!

Here are my tires, laying sorta flat. I'm not going to say it's best or what. Here is my +/- list. + Battery sits under the spare. - no place for jack, sit too high, can't crawl over them for bed access. It's a short + list. If I had to do it over they would be standing and low as possible with space between for the battery and jack. Ice chest in front of the axle is a must. When it's behind there is a lot of "tossing" going on inside. On my 4runner I could hear the ice chest when it was in the back. Once I moved it to the back seat in front of the axle I had no dead loss in the ice chest.

So the real question I should've asked is, 'what's the best place for the cooler to keep the beers as stable as possible?'

In the cab. But it's hotter in there and the ice melts. Behind the cab is good. My truck with the old F67's rode so rough I had 15% dead loss every trip. I now have new springs and fuel cell foam (left over from the race car) in the bottom of the ice chest and zero dead loss.
