Actually looking for measurement from the top of the roof to the top of the rack. Looking at doing a custom shell and want to top of the shell to be flush with the top of the rack. Thanks

OK, That measurement is 1 3/4"inches if you measure on to the ribs on the roof and 1 7/8 in the valleys..

Awesome. I'm trying to run recovery boards (45") and a 42" plano case sideways on the rack in front of the tent so that should work great.

Idk if you've been answered on this, But I carry 2 Mountain bikes on it with Rocky Mount racks and 2 kayaks on their side on it regularly. Never had an issue with winds. Racks are strong as shit. I've stood on them multiple times. sometimes even on one crossbar and im over 200 pounds. I've carried lumber, t posts, all sorts of shit on here. Wait is worth it. Ive been running mine for over 2 years. Wouldnt change it.

Have you stood on the rack at highway speeds though?

    Mostly stuff I built.
I'm with you on the strength of these racks I've had 4'x8' steel/aluminum plate, 20' sticks square/round tube, lumber, bikes, kayaks, pool table slate, steel warehouse shelving, RTT, cedar posts and all sorts of other things on mine. These racks are well worth the wait.

Any recommendations for a spacer for these? I need to raise the rear rack 1 1/2" to be able to level things out with the cabrack. I was looking online for some aluminum or stainless blocks that can be ordered to size. I am not overly confident with just a stack of washers or something to that nature.

This place seems to have aluminum spacers in a variety of lengths.

    https://www.aluminumspacers.com/

Ive not ordered from them, but have definitely come across the site looking for spacers

After nearly four months of waiting, I finally have everything up and running! Mounted the cabrack up front and a toprack in the back on a KB Voodoo rack. I had to put a spacer in to get the height the way I wanted it, but I am happy the way it looks. I have a set of aluminum spacers on the way for long term.

    Looks great.
I think your wind deflector is upside down given the orientation of the logo.

    No rain gutter trim?

Looks good. Can't wait to get my toprack on. Got mine with missing parts and can't put it on. Only been 2.5 months since I ordered mine.

Nice, you basically remade his bedracks using KB Voodoo. Looks good. Sadly I wish he was still making his bedracks. They were really well done. I'd be very interested in one if he decided to redo them again. I've asked him, but he doesn't seem to be overly interested in doing one for a third gen or any taco's anymore.
