appreciate the offer but i think i'm gonna drop back a few years to the early 2000's.. want something with the 3.4 motor, something that i can actually work on when it breaks..

Besttop super top? Might be a decent alternative, covers the back, can take it down in a minute and you can modify it to your needs....
And I'm looking forward to seeing that build as well...

as far as a price...... it all depends on what stays on the truck.

Have you thought about one of these for more space when you're hauling stuff...masterbuilt hitch haul
Silverback07 has one and he uses it to haul all of his trail gear with him everywhere. Click me for pics and scroll down a bit to see them.
Hell you could build one out of scrap metal you have lying around....that's what I'd do.

yea its not really an issue of enough space to haul gear. more that i think a 4runner would suit me well, plus a 3rd gen runner is a bit smaller and easier to maneuver on the trails and i think would look bad ass all fixed up :D

not really sure yet. would be easiest to just sell it as is, but i think the price tag may be a bit to high for anyone to want it that way. in which case i'll start pulling stuff. only trouble is i dont have alot of the stock stuff to put back in it.
