I don't know if anyone around here runs them. They're not a bad design and easy to swap a bad ball joint. The LIght Racing UCAs are worth a look as well. Can't beat the function for the price. I run them on mine and my wife's. They kick ass and add a ton of adjustment for front end alignment

Here's what I'm thinking from headstrong off road. I'm currently not running a bumper, but kinda liking the Demello Offroad full bumper up front so I want to account for that future weight.

    OME 886's up front
    OME90000 struts up front
OME60091 rear w/ Dakar leaf pack

It said the kit includes the folllowing:

    Kit includes the Following:
    - Your choice of OME coils (884X. 885X, 886X, 887X, 888X)
    - OME trim packer for drivers side lean
    - Your choice of OME90000 firm ride struts, best paired with the OME 886X coils for those running additional up front weight or the OME90021 soft ride struts for better on road ride quality
    - OME60091 Nitrocharger sport rear shocks.
    - OME carrier bearing drop bracket
    - OME Dakar full leaf pack replacement
    - Bushings and sleeves for shackle side (bushing for fixed end are already included on leaf pack)
    - Extended length u-bolts for use with leaf pack

886s and dakars will ride best with some weight FYI. I took my shell and bumper off and my dakars are rather jarring right now

I was debating pulling a leaf from the Dakar. Thoughts? I might go 888 and firm struts up front.

I never tow more than 5000 lbs with my truck, I have bigger trucks for those kinda jobs. Do you think pulling 1 would squat me too bad for that much weight?

I have hauled more than 2k, in the bed.....I still had about 1" from the bumpstops.
It all depends on what you want to compromise...comfort or utility.

Holy crap. I don't plan on that much in the bed. Most of the time I can figure 10 - 15% tongue weight on a 5000 lbs load, so let's say 750 + cargo, maybe around 1000 - 1250 lbs. I can probably afford to drop a leaf.

Yeah, most likely. Like you said, you can always haul heavy with other trucks.
.....let me know what you do with that extra leaf

Ok, spoke to Marie at Headstrong and got what I wanted lined out. I went to the truck and took some measurements and here's what I got.

I want a 2.25 - 2.50" lift front and rear, maintaining the 1.5" factory rake. I'm going to have a 1/4" trim spacer on the driver side, and I've confirmed that I am 1/4" lower than the passenger with hub > fender measurements.

Also, the Dakar leaf packs are discontinued, and there's 2 to replace them. Most the same as the originals, but new bushing to not squeak as bad, and two different load weights. There's a Light and Heavy duty ones. You can always add more to a light or heavy to increase more.

Here's what I need to achieve my numbers:

OME 887's w/ 900021 Firm ride struts up front
Dakar Light duty leafs (none removed) w/ Nitro rear shocks
    1/4" Driver side trim spacer
    LR UCAs

    Will order tomorrow.
