I get headaches all the time.
I was in an accident when I was about 8-9 years old. My older brother had a Ford Escort EXP (the one with no rear seats). I was in the back and a guy side swiped us and I hit my head real had on something.
I get severe random headaches now

 

Not too far out of the way

 

If I block my jugular vein, my migraines go away, of course that's not a long term solution.

Headaches suck. I get sinus ones and also migraines to the point where my vision is blurry.

Went through a year of allergy shots about 10 years ago. Been way better. Haven't had a sinus infection since. Used to get 2 every year. Spring and fall like clockwork.
