    Seems like work, lol.
I did a quick skim and the only notable thing I saw was that Rebecca called herself a DB.

Oh jesus... Luckily, you have to have service done, and even then, it's luck of the draw who gets the surveys mailed to them or not.

    It's over-hyped and lame...? :notsure:

Them's be fighting words... But he does act like a cat quite a bit...

Yeah it's a shame you can't dispute survey results anymore. Subaru is ALL about customer satisfaction, which encompasses using the right oil ( ), fixing it right the first time, going over MPI's and recommendations, dealer cleanliness, reasonableness of charges, etc.

Issue is, everyone has a different perception of what a reasonable charge is. Everyone has a different perception of what clean is. If they have an absolutely ridiculous complaint that isn't an issue (but is in their head) they mark it as NOT fixed right the first time, and trash us...

It's hit and miss. The whole goal for me is to treat people how I would want to be treated at a dealership. Fairly, honestly, and in a timely manor. I don't upsell unnecessary stuff. I don't force people to do services. I just recommend and advise, as I'm supposed to. I enjoy the hell out of my job, it just sucks that my check is affected so easily by someone who whines about every little thing.

My biased opinion says the cattle dog. They're great family dogs, fiercely loyal, energetic, tons of stamina, very intelligent and highly trainable (search youtube for videos of cattle dogs doing agility/flyball/treibball). That's all good as long as you have the time to dedicate to training them and keeping them occupied. If they're not kept busy, they will find ways to entertain themselves and their high energy and intelligence means that you'll probably not be happy with the results. Mine need daily walks, usually at least a mile, and on weekends we take them mountain biking with us. When we go for rides, they're good for 10 miles or more with a few snacks and water breaks just like us.

Yeah, we're screaming busy at work today. The phones haven't stopped ringing since we logged on this morning. And I'm trying to go thru the 2500 emails that I missed in the last 4 days, so I just picked 3 random pages and skimmed them, lol.

People with bad backs. My uncle has a herniated disc between L3 and L4 and he leans on counters like that.

I ran it in 0w20 subaru brand in the gold jugs. I tried running 5w20 and 5w30 the car still chewed through it. It used more 0w20 than other weights.
    Edit
The oil light came on and it was actually a quart down

Lmfao, I would love to see that. Problem is, the whole dealership can read em... And I know you... I'd be looking for a new job.
I've never run Mobil products and don't plan to. I use Subaru Super Synthetic on my STi.

They don't go to shit if they're maintained and driven right.

 Probably drives the Jeep in the parking lot... Has to stand like that due to... rear end pain...

Obviously something wrong with the motor, but that should be covered under the 5/60. Especially if it was an issue from day 1.
