Elaborate then please. Any 'good' advice to make it quicker is appreciated.
The front stuff is already assembled, might need to check torque is all.

Hit all the bolts with PB Blaster or any good penetrating oil a day or two ahead of disassembly. WD-40 is a solvent. Doesn't do what a penetraating oil will. Have an assortment of shallow and deep well sockets, a good breaker bar, impact, and a torque wrench. On front, disconnect BOTH sides of sway bar before attempting to remove struts. Removal of sway bar open for discussion. Get ALL bolts started back in place before tightening any of them.

Be patient when assembling AAL. Drop rear axle to extent of brake lines. You will need all the space you can get between axle and leaves. But it will go together.

I ended up grinding top stud/nut off old rear shocks. That was the only "thread" that I couldnt break lose.

I found it handy to have an 8' spud bar to pry lower control arms dpwn when installing front struts.

I don't know about 20 minutes, but if your fronts are already assembled then it'll be a bit quicker. I'd still figure on 30 minutes for the first side you do, and a little less for the other side.

You'll want to make sure you don't over extend or stretch/break any expensive wires, there is an ABS wire on both sides and IIRC it's like several hundred dollars for replacements.

Also, this is rather important and is seriously under addressed on TW - recalibrate your VSC after your lift is installed. Maybe it's because it doesn't cause noticeable issues for everyone, or more people pay a shop to do it and the shop does it without making a point to comment about it - but the first time your VSC kicks on needlessly can be the first time you're about to crash and can't do anything to stop it.

Mine kicked on going through a turn at 35 MPH, and I lost control of the steering, truck kept going straight which almost put me on a sidewalk and into a front yard. Another local buddy of mine barely avoided a head on collision when his VSC put him into oncoming traffic on a 2 lane road. @Crom has a write up on how to do it yourself, and it's been used successfully (I had mine done at the alignment shop).

Lastly, re-torque after 100 miles and again at 500 miles (IMO). I check torque occasionally, still.. and a paint pen will make visual identification easy down the road if you have one/buy one.

Hope she sits pretty when it's all in.

I skipped losening the cam bolts on assembly. Thats why the 8' spud bar. Cam bolts were siezed until I had em replaced during alignment. Would have been easier to losen em, but as I said they were stuck tighter'n dicks hat band.
