Can you post which have been shipped? Just curious when I should be expecting delivery, I'm headed out of town the end of next week, and want to make sure I have someone check the doorstep if needed.
    Thanks!

Heavy duty stuff. My Wife said what did you buy? The boxes are heavier than shit. :D. Now I need to plan a layout. Is it important that it installs edge to edge or just a strategic placement? Want to make sure I get it right without wasting it.

Use the MC for the inner door skin and the Gold for the outer door skin. Just lay it out properly. Its rather easy, just orientate yourself to make the best use of each sheet

MC is best Edge to edge because of the CCF on it. As for the gold/ ML you can lay out it 100% coverage or 40% coverage with the application being in the middle of the panel that has the least support.
Personally, the outer panels you can get away with 30-50% coverage and still have solid door, reduced vibration and a great results.

The inner door skin that backs up to the plastic panel i like to have 100% coverage to seal off the door. Thats my personal take on it, and this can be achieved with gold or even better MC. I hope that helps.

    Rollers are rollers mate.
-So to help share some details on the allocation of product i have reviewed, revised and provided an example of potential lay outs. This is just a guideline and individual planning and allocation based on personal preference can change the layout: There are SOOOO many ways of doing this and wholly dependant on the client, and their vehicle. Before it was simple as there was 1 product. Now there is 3 varieties which each have their strong suite.
-I really hope my examples makes sense, and will make much more sense once you lay it out. I can clarify, if required

This is for the BACK Wall + FLOOR = 3+5,6 for 8-9 sheets of gold
    1) Full coverage of the back wall is 3 sheets Top to bottom.
    2) Floor. If you continue where you stopped with the back wall running the sheets top to bottom rear to front it will use 2 more sheets and end up in the footwell/firewall. The middle run you can use 2 sheets from the back wall forward.
Sheets front to back lay out
    R 1 1 1 Front
    EA 1 1 Optional 1
    R 1 1 1 Front

    DOORS:
Front : 1 Sheet Gold outer skin, 2-2.5MC inner skin or 1sheet + 1/3 sheet (4 blocks) Gold
Rear : 1/2-3/4 sheet outer skin, 1.5-2mc Inner skin or 1 sheet

Those with 1 GOLD, 1 MC
Front door : Use 1 Sheet of gold per Front door outer panel. (2)
2 Sheets of Mc inner door panel (4)
    Rear doors : 1/2-1gold outer skin (1-2)
    1.5-2Mc inner door skin (3-4)
Rear panel : 3 gold vertical application (3)
Leaves 3 sheets of gold and 2 sheets of MC that you can allocate to other areas that you may need some deadening and dampening. Can apply more to the front/ rear doors with MC. I like the MC on the front doors to be as close to 100% to seal off the door. You can go to rona, home depot and purchase a hard/stiff material of your choice, cut the shape, apply silicone to the edge of the access holes in the door and seal it off. Then cover with the MC. Apply some gold to the rear of the plastic door panels,

    Budget
Rear wall 2 sheets of Gold laid horizontally ( 2 )
    Rear doors 1/2 outer skin, 1 sheet inner panel ( 3 )
    Front 1 outer, 1 1/3 sheet inner 4 2/3
1/3 sheet to add to the rear plastic panels or left over

Im also trying to see if i can put together a Door only kit that comprises of ML for outer panel and MC for the inner panel. Then secondary for the rear door, silver for inner and outer. This will hopefully fit into one shipment box and will meet client requests
