does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
Does she play ball or tug of war? I had a friend that had the same problem, she had to play with her dog to get the dog to pee. The dog could hold her pee forever if just walking, but if she had to run or jump, she would have to pee right away.

Also the treats when she pees, lots of positive encouragement. Good luck!

This is my girl. I taught her to play fetch with a soccer ball because I'm lazy. It requires no picking up, I just kick it and tell her to grab it. She's just a puppy but is looking like she'll be a good guard dog and critter killer. She got her first crawdad the other day and ate it shell and all.

She does wel with the go pee command, but only in her designated spots. Anywhere else she just looks at me like I'm an idiot

She plays with her toys in the house. I keep her on a leash anytime we are outside. I don't have a yard and I'm still not confident that she will come when called so I'm not letting her run free. I took her for a mile run with me and she never pulled or tried to stop to use the bathroom. We've been to dog parks too so she could be off leash but she just laid next to me the whole time.

Takes a little effort but I taught my dog the "go potty" command. Reward her when she does it whether with treats or love.

Also kinda knows "take a dump".

Try the suggested Go Pee or go potty command. For now, you know where she'll go, so take her there and give the command right before she does. Have it unlock the most fun version of yourself, go nuts, make it fun for her. She'll figure it out and you can eventually transfer it to other places. Be patient. But you'll get there.

Could be the only places she's used to peeing in on pine straw.

When Annie was younger, we went to AZ and she would NOT pee on dirt or rocks. She HAD to have grass (or weeds). My son had no grass, just weeds along the driveway, and that's where she peed. Next year, she was fine with the dirt. She was just used to soft, cushy grass.

Like others have said, give her the command you want to use, when you know she'll go and when she does, make a big deal out of it. She's still getting used to you and her new life - has to be upsetting for her. Lots of patience and praise and she'll get there. Make her a spot of pine straw and as it breaks down, don't replace it. She'll gradually get used to whatever is underneath.

Last weeks storms, and my 10-year-old's birthday party has kept me from posting the new family member I brought home. Bruce loves Athena to pieces already.
