Yeah it's engine paint. Just going with black, nothing fancy, but those drums get nasty looking quickly.

 

Just remember to wire brush them good before painting to get any o the scaly surface rust off

 

I want a garage sooooo bad! I'm in an apartment still my neighbors always give me weird looks when im constantly running in and out of the parking lot with random panels, truck parts, and tools.... they probably think Im a freakin tweeker

Working on an outro clip for my vids. Here's what I've done so far. Thanks to @90yota for supplying the backdrop! Put on Auxbeam light bar and Caliraised mount. Obnoxiously bright!

 

I built a 24x30 foot garage on the house and was one of the best things I ever did. It's partly occupied by my '68 camaro project but the rest is wonderful work space when I can keep people from piling stuff up in it. Raining outside pull the truck in. Cold keep the doors shut and tun on the heater. Turn on the radio and have fun.

 

I know the feeling, my neighbors asked what the hell was wrong with my truck that required months of work... I told them absolutely nothing! they just don't understand the mod life.

 

So I changed my brake pads myself (first time ) a couple weeks ago and have had this clanking sound from the front driver side since! Was driving me crazy, even posted about it before and couldn't get it figured out....

 

Hey you found your missing socket

 

I was finishing up this stage of mods, and dropped a socket. Couldn't find it at first, so after finishing the work, cleaned up the work area. Crawled under the truck with a high-powered light, ...found a pair of reading glasses in the bottom of the engine compartment! Just a little scratched. I also found the socket.

 

Doing some quick TLC and getting new brake pads. Super easy but I'm feeling lazy, and my buddy gives me the homie discount.
