Update - I'm about 2 weeks from being able to pull the trigger on these, however I have to bump the price up to $275 to offset some of the cost of shipping, but I'll include three 10 round mags. I'll get a few pics posted ASAP so you can see the holster wear. I believe I'll have about 10 available this time around.

Anyone looking for a nice long gun to modify? I bought a Remington R700 a few years ago with the intention of building a fun little plinker. (Planned to go Choate, minor bolt work, new drop in trigger, etc.) Never got there and to be honest, never even ran a round through it. I realized I don't really even need or want it, it's just taking up space at this point and I could use the cash more for upcoming endeavors. PM for details if interested. I would rather it go to someone from here than back page or some other forum.

Thank you, please re-read my post. "PM for details if interested." I don't want to push the limits on this public forum, a lot of admins and forums are weird about firearms sales because of varying federal and state laws.

 

AZ is a free state and I can't get enough of it

 

Legally speaking, with an R700 you would be in the clear as long as the person is a resident of your same state, if it's interstate "Must ship to FFL, buyer responsible for verifying compliance with all local and state laws" ... and I don't know of any places that ban R700s.

But yeah, I hear you, sometimes people get real antsy about that. Hell, I worked on contract for a gun shop doing their inventory and point of sale system (registers) etc. and a little bit of sales, I can't tell you how many times my resume has been passed up b/c it has "gun shop" on it. I guarantee you if I listed that year as "unemployed, jacking off" I would get more callbacks.

Shit man I might be out on this. In the last month I've gotten a FN 9 a Glock 43 and a MMP shield. I hadn't heard back about this so I thought it was a no go. I'll still stay in the loop and try and pull it off but it's 50/50. I get knee surgery on the 19 and will be incapacitated for 3 to 4 weeks sitting at home on my ass and on meds.
