Barbacking on a rainy day when the bar where you work has an outdoor patio bar, when one of your jobs is to lug buckets of ice from the basement prep kitchen up to the outdoor bar... Not so much fun!

Here's one of my favorite memories in my Tacoma...

Haulin' ass down Route 611 in Doylestown on a warm day with my beautiful Asian-American boss in the front seat, windows rolled down, blasting Shania Twain...

And shamelessly singing along to Shania Twain with my boss... Including the line in "Honey, I'm Home" where Shania says "With all this stress, I must confess, this could be worse than PMS"

Good times!

No, just because we were pushing my stereo to it's limits doesn't mean we weren't working. Things were kept professional...

But seriously, if you're a straight guy listening to Shania Twain in his vehicle alone, people will think you're gay or weird. If you've got your gorgeous female boss in the shotgun seat, then people will probably be jealous...

Oh how I loathe school zones! My dad says that when he was growing up, the speed limit in so-called school zones was 25 MPH!

By the way, that's one of the student parking lots at my former high school on the left (Central Bucks West; Graduated in 2007). Lenape Middle School is just out of sight on the right side of the image. This road divides both schools...




Same school zone, later that day, without the damn lights flashing...

A supremely shitty day in Doylestown Borough, which meant I got to really test out the intermittent wipers!

Note that my light is green, and if you look closely you will see that the light for the crosswalk is displaying the reddish orange "STOP" hand. This couple is jaywalking. I was making a left turn and had the right of way. I had to stop in the middle of the intersection mid-turn so these two could mosey across the street:


My worked at that CVS from 2006 to 2008 (my first real job; God, it seems like such a lifetime ago!):


This work van had plenty of space to get further over, but NOPE! They were completely unaware of the guy in the silver pickup truck behind them who was on the clock and had a very tight schedule and I had to wait for the driver to turn:
