    Yea I'm late to the party. Good news is I didn't get too fat over the winter so I'm hoping I get back to where I wanna be in about a month or two.

    Like you, I get to a certain point where I can't get any leaner and that's when I start messing with my carbs (carb cycling).

    I just did my first carb cycle a few days ago. I just had bad workouts one after the other... Had to do something. I feel like I am nearly as lean this year as I was last year though and am 6 lbs heavier. Couple more lbs and we will really see what we are dealing with. Next thing is to figure out how to maintain that through the summer. I almost peaked too early! Haha

    Man, I went to the gym today. I have been "going" to the gym pretty regularly through the final semester but stress ruined every workout. I ended up walking on a treadmill w/ incline for 20 minutes and leaving to search for jobs/finish homework. Something about having things to do ruined the hour I set aside for working out because I felt like my time could be better spent looking for a job that would supply income (terrible priorities, right?).

    Anyways, it felt good to dedicate a solid 45 minutes to working out and not worry about what needed to get done.

    Also, for those that helped answer some questions on the Concept 2 vs the Water Rower, I decided on the water rower. It's much more home friendly and won't wake anyone up for 5:30 am when I am getting in my morning row session. Stress jumped my weight to 206. Hoping to be back to 190 by the end of august with the help of the rowing machine and having a job where I will be active all day.
