Installed my OME lift kit today. Thanks to the forum and to @HeadStrong Off-Road for the motivation. Still waiting for the wheels and tires to come in (hopefully Monday)!

OME 90021 soft ride with 888 coils, rear nitro chargers and a Deaver AAL. Bought the diff drop but didn't install it yet.

Got 2.75 for the front left and 2.5 around the other corners. IMG_4114.jpg

Thinking of getting a camper about the same size and weight as yours. How does the Tacoma handle it?

285/75r16 KO2's, Baja XL 80's on CBI ditch brackets, TRD intake, opticoat pro, clear bra running the bottom sides, morimoto LEDs, all white LEDs inside, mounted shovel and axe above wheel well in the bed, linex'd the bed...
Once I started offloading I had problems with the shovel banging around and ripping the quick fists. One thing the shovel actually popped the quick fist off the mount and banged around the bed for an hour.

I ended up strapping the shovel and axe together to keep them sturdy (you can see it in the photo), and then I wrapped electrical tape like 20 times around the shovel where the quick fist clamped on to keep it from sliding and turning...

Not sure if you'll have the same problem, but if you do this will work.

Plasti dipped my badges today. Looks great on quicksand. SEMA wheels are coming next week!

Note: if you do this cover more than you think for overspray. It settles way further than I thought. It come off east but I would have rather not have had to clean up over spray. Also don't put it on super heavy but the heavier you put it on the easier it comes off.

Sunroof is sill functionale. Just has a bar running across the middle of it. I could shift the bars if I wanted to open the space though.

I actually just have some painted 2x4s up there as a mock up. I ordered a set of aluminum spacers that will run the length of the rack and have a little bit more longevity than the wood. If you look cose in the side view, you can see the 2x4 below the legs of the rear rack

I think they were like 450 bucks and then I think it was like 400 bucks to have them color matched and installed buy a body shop. $850 or $900 I believe. .

Sure seems worth it when you have a rig that looks that good. I gotta put mine up first but that's definitely on the list.
