I put a new headunit in about a month ago and noticed the same thing afterwards. Not sure if it was caused by my install, but just ordered the bulb from the dealer and replaced this weekend now everything is good. The bulb is only like 4 bucks so it's definitally worth a shot. Also, there are metal taps on those bulbs that flatten and you lose connection, you can try to bend them back out and re-install to see if that fixes the issue.

i tapped the power for a new fog button from the original, and every once in a while it goes out. try flicking the dash right below the button. works for me.

and yes i know that means i have a loose wire, just haven't had the desire to tear the dash apart again. lol

My foglight button was never lit up in my 09. Is it suppose to light up? I find it annoying not knowing when the button is on or off.

    None yet! It's new!
I've got an '09 TRD Sport. Next to the fog light switch, there's a switch-blank where there's no switch installed. I went to radio shack and bought a low-brightness green LED and mounted it in the center of that non-switch. One wire went to ground and one wire went to the (+) wire that goes to one of the fog lights. Voila. When the fogs are turned on, the green LED comes on... and the color pretty much matches the green light that comes on when you turn your headlights on. It cost about $2.95 and about one hour of time.

Should light up when the rest of your interior lights are on I believe, but there's no on/off light for whether or not the fogs are on as mentioned.
