Same here. I like Pelfrey because there is no logo on it at all like some do.

They do. You pay a down payment to start the built and pay it out over the 15 week lead time.

working on the wiring harness for my switch panel. trying to decide if I want the winch in/out switch to light on press, or have both lights illuminate with the dash lights so the switch is clearly visible at night...

hmm...not an option to dim for dash lights and bright for activated? I thought most switches had this option?

Not on these rocker switches, at least not without some additional wiring. They have one led top and bottom with each pole exposed, so I have the choice of how to wire them, but really there's just one 'brightness' per LED.

I'd go with the dash lights to make it easy to find at night. If you're using the winch in the cab, you'll physically push the button and hopefully know which side you're pushing on.

That's the direction I was leaning. And it simplifies the wiring. Still trying to wrap my head around the off/on/on dual throw switch for my backup lights, but other than that it'ls just going to be a LOT of small pieces of wire to strip and crimp. Think I might try to get my hands on a 20 pin molex connector so I can have a disconnect up in the overhead to simplify installation and modification.

Do you have a quality stripper/crimper?

If you're doing this next weekend, you can borrow mine, but I'll need them back for Memorial Day weekend.

This might help and you might have 1 more wire to the switch for the led to turn on/off with the dash lights

I've got a decent pair but the largest stripper size is 20g, so I 'lightly bite' to get through the 18g without going through strands of copper. The other pair I borrowed from my dad are kinda weak at best. What part of town are you in? Might grab yours if you're close and get through the bulk of what I can get done before Memorial Day weekend.

That's pretty close to what I've seen, except for another line with signal from the reverse circuit. I have a good idea of the overall schematic, its getting the right wires on the right pins on the switch (all 10 of them).

 10 of them.... Guessing a DPDT?

Depending on how you choose to wire it you may not need pin 4 and you will not need pin 1 at all.

Got the sliders on today with the help of @cuda2k. Bit of a tough job but we managed. No pics right now but I'll try and snap a few tomorrow. Overall I think they look pretty good. Just want them to perform well now. Those b!tches are on tight and not going anywhere.
