Driver side came out like the video, passenger was a pain because that lip you had to bend was doubled up.

If I'd ever do it again I will definitely be buying a replacement bolt and cutting that thing out. Then it'd be super easy

Put it in from the other direction. I don't know why Toyota doesn't do it that way from the start.

It's going to be a pain either way, but if you cut the old bolt out then at least you only have to struggle with it once.

Boom, sold my OEM rear bumper for $300. I love Craigslist, even though the other guy did try to molest me.

    Just getting broken in...

For a split second I thought of hitting 85 mph for this pic - but I chose the responsible route.

I'd like a cap like yours in the diamond plate. How much did that cost you? If you don't mind me asking...

    How was the install?
That's exactly what I'm trying to find time to install, minus the cap.
How long did it end up taking? Did you leave the overload leaf in? Any tips or tricks?
    Thanks!!

Yep. I taped off the rubber parts and put a trash bag over everything I didn't want to get over spray on. The hard part was cleaning them up. I had a wire wheel on a drill and some sand paper but it was hard getting the right angles on things with it still connected. I got it down to good metal without rust except for some of the deep narrow holes. Those I hit with sandpaper. Then wiped it down and sprayed 3 coats on each side. I used a tie down to hang it from the coils so it wasn't resting on anything or putting tension on the lines. I saw you got some EBC brakes ready to install as well.
