Yesterday, bought me a 2006 4x4 4-door from a private owner (46K). He lost the manual so I'm trying to figure out a couple buttons.

Underneathe the steering wheel is a button labeled "Set" and looks like a tire thats flat. What is this ? What happens when I push it.

    One more.

There is a button with a picture of a headlight aiming down at the ground. I noticed, if i have my lights on, that when pushed, my fog lights come on and off. BUT, if my headlights are off, this button does not cut the fog lights on or off. Is it working correctly ? Should I be able to cut just the fog lights on ??

    Thanks guys !!

The "Set" button resets your tire pressure sensor. I'm sure someone else can explain it getter than I though.

Your fog lights are working as the are supposed to. There is a mod you can do to have the fogs on when the headlights are off if you want.

Set button is to reset your tpms sensors in your wheels. Fog lights will only come on if your low beems are on. So yes they are functioning properly.
