You might want to check the bushings for the cam bolts.

I have the exact same issue with my '16 trd OR. I also had a loose body mount. Totally different noise. That sounds like a marble rolling around the chassis. These are easy to check though. This noise seems to be coming from the front end.

I always assumed it were my hid ballasts or cables knocking against the inside of the front. But this video sounds way to familiar!! I'll check the radiator and transmission coolers couplings and report back. To be fair, I've had this noise from day 1 and it doesn't seem to be getting worse. I have about 3k miles on mine.

Sounds like a shock mount, but I am not sure.

It sounds like someone either lied to you or was just plain dismissive.

Are the brake pads shifting up and down in the caliper? try lightly pressing the brake when you go over a bump and see if the noise goes away.

    Also check sway bar links

Even with light braking, I get the noise. I know the noise you mean with the calipers, this is definitely something else. Thanks for the input though.

I think it is fixed. Took it to the dealer and they used the chassis scopes. Found it was coming from the front shocks. They replaced front shocks, and mounts, as well as replaced front body mounts. All seems to be working good so far. Thanks for the ideas, and if anyone else has this, maybe this will help you out. We will see if it lasts.

Been to Moab, did mild off roading, driven about 2000 miles since the fix. No noise yet, I'll keep my fingers crossed

My 2nd Gen started making this noise a month or two after frame replacement. I put new shocks on all around, and this noise (same as in your video) is driving me nuts. Did they say the front rad mounts were worn through? Or was it likely the top shock mounts?

I had the same noise. What it is the the front lower shock bushing.

I took mine to the dealer they didn't want to warranty it....

I've read that as well from YouTube comments. I took my lower shock bolt out and anti seized it, my bilstiens only had a few thousand miles on them when this creaking started.

I'm going to have to find some time to disassemble the front shocks and have a look.
