Regular Tacoma 4X4 with exact same options as TRD Off-Road, is that even possible?

Came across a 2009 Tacoma with the exact same options as a TRD Off-Road. Need your help to figure out what's going on here. Not sure if it's a debadged TRD Off-Road or if it's even possible that a Tacoma can have all the same options as a TRD Off-Road and not be considered one? lol

    -Has 4X4 knob
    -Fog Light button
    -Rear Diff Lock button
    -400W-AC120V-100W button
    -Traction Control Off button
    -DAC button
    -RSCA button
    -A-Trac button

It even appears to have the same shocks/struts as a TRD Off-Road?

Thoughts? Truck has a car fax report but those never really reveal whether a truck is a TRD Off-Road or not.

If you know the VIN, you can enter it to the Toyota owners site and it will tell you factory options, then port added options. Even service record history if/when it came to a dealer for service.

But yeah, most likely a debadged OR. I debadged/stickered my OR.

Definitely off road. Same wheels and you can see the bilsteins in the rear.

Thanks will try that. I was curious if maybe TRD Off-Road trucks had a certain vin prefix or started with a certain # or letter.
