I dig it OP....nice choice. I think Silver has one of the best re-sale values as well...combine that with the Taco's general re-sale value, and we will go through some re-sale value black hole...and have ppl paying us more than its worth.

 

Looks Good with those Wheels and the Toyo's. So Far I'm not minding my Toyo's on my QS Taco Either. They look nice with the Dressing shining them up for runs through town. I've got just under 2000 miles on is since April and Nothing to whine about yet! Have a ball on South Padre! I used to visit there on the weekends. Those Women were all the rage down there! Loved that Shit!

 

I've had the Silver thing and the gray / graphite thing, and Now I'm into the Quicksand thing. I have to stand my ground here! It's QS for Old RodeDog! Lol !!! It changes colors quite a bit during the different times of the day and evening as the sun changes it's angle to my truck. I guess all colors do the same to some degree, but the Quicksand just seems to do this in a way thats a bit more prominent than my other past auto colors. Just Sayin'! Enjoy the Quicksilver and I'll enjoy the Quicksand! Love my new Taco and all it's amenities.

 

Yeah silver is the way to go ... it's always clean and looks good... But after having a "Silver Mica Pearl" in 2006.... the new silver just don't cut it... Besides...I've had the Silver for 10 yrs... now the Best colour is Inferno.....!! Never got the "nice truck" from the public with the silver.... but it's all the time with the inferno..!!

I originally went to the dealership for a white or MGM tacoma. Having owned multiple white trucks and one MGM tacoma already I thought about a change. When the time came to pick out a color they were out of white trucks in the specs I wanted. They did however have a MGM and a silver one though. I decided silver after seeing there wasn't as many of them as there was other tacoma colors. The blacks pop a lot better on the truck and it just looks cleaner all around. I do agree that there really isn't a bad color for the Tacoma's though...except maybe spruce mica.
