Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
Draw a line between Apple valley's East end and Slash X. We basically took that path straight through twice. Talk about fun! Even an illegal (and actually pretty dangerous) railroad crossing!

I'm looking to get a weekend planned to visit a mine near 29 Palms. Is anyone interested?

It's only a mile or two from Highway 62 near 29 Palms. It's an easy mine to start exploring if you are new to it. There is a short, steep hike between the 4 horizontal passages. Large mill site with many small wood structures. You'll need a helmet or hard hat and flash lights.

PLEASE QUOTE THIS if you are interested. Or PM me.

Did the Miller night run last night it was blast. Rains definitely changed the trail up.

A lot more rocks on the trail skids will be used went with @Tacoma1192 at the end of the trail he broke his passenger cv luckily he had a winch so he was winching off me to go up the last section. My jeep is open diff and on street tire I could only pull him thru the easier stuff. I do recommend doing the trail this month before more people rut it out.

Anybody up for a camping trip Memorial Weekend? 26th - 29th. Want to go up to Shaver Lake area. Still need to check and see if roads are open and if snow is still there. If that doesn't work out I'm looking at some stuff in Nor Cal. Trip is gonna require 4x4, 33"tires,and rocksliders.

I heard the Dusy Ershim Trail is pretty sweet. Might want to check it out.

You missed a hilarious recovery that lasted into 3 AM trying to pull my truck up the last hill. although, I have renamed the jeep to "the little jeep that could".

This trail looks insane. I wanna do it! after breaking my cv axle this weekend on Miller, I think I'll need to take 4 spares with me if I ever do it.

Haha thats on my list. Awsome rock crawling there. Need a experienced group if that's the choice though. Suppose to be really tough to complete in 3days

I just read up on it. in the link that MotoEd posted, they said that "fast" groups travel at 1.5 MPH. I definitely want to do this trail sometime but I don't think we could pull it off over a 3 day weekend.
