What does the back side of the projector look like? How does the hid attach? Maybe the LED will hook in the same way the HID does

Your H4 leds won't work on my projectors. They come with new bulbs. The D2S has led bulbs you can use though

Un-Derped the wheels. Still some hanging on in places I'll get a later. Stuff was on there for over 7 years. Pressure washer went pretty fast.

(crappy pic, but pics are required )

Yeah, I've been stalking that thread you started for the return of them. May have to just be like "Surprise! New wheels!" :anonymous: With some 255 ST Maxx's of course...

I used superstrut. I think it's used by electricians and plumbers use to hang conduit and piping in paneled ceilings. You can get it at HomeDepot and Lowes. It comes in 10 ft sticks. I bought some spring nuts to bolt the bike hitches to. I don't remember if these links are the exact sizes, but I do know I used the smaller of the two sizes. I just sanded it real quick and painted it.
I originally had it riveted to the bed but the weight of the bikes was loosening it up. This is much more solid

Who knows about power steering pumps?

I think this last wheeling adventure did mine in. It's making a slightly grinding and loud whining sound all the time now. Sounds horrible. Screen is clean, new fluid, new OEM rack like 2K miles ago.

Is it worth the time to try to rebuild? Not doing the same thing I did with racks and go through two shitty ones before I end up with an OEM unit.

Hard to say until it's apart really. I wish there was an upgrade for the pump as well the rack for our trucks. Sadly isn't.

Who says there isn't? There are plenty of aftermarket and heavy duty racks, just might have to get kinda custom. People have custom racks made all the time for hotrods.

I agree, unfortunately our IFS is just plain weak and beefing something so proprietary isn't worth it. Surprised I haven't seen a full hydro steer for IFS though, that's just a ram and some form of mechanical guide, that wouldn't be too hard. But would probably be too strong.

Truck is really only used for wheeling/adventures at this point. Don't want to risk it blowing up in the middle of nowhere a long ways from home.

Also don't think I can put up with the awful noises it's making.

Is it the usual grinding/whining like a starved pump or one with a lot of air bubbles? I know they make rebuild kits for lots of pumps and the design is pretty simple. You could first try opening it up and see if the pump body and armature are scored. If it is scored there will be excess cavitation and and pressure loss.
