I bet there is serious money in rigs out there. My buddies did all 3 days not sure if they camped on site or not. To rich for my blood.

It's fun, but I can see everything in one day.

CBI had a big boot this year to display their new 4Runner bumper. I love seeing all the ways the different companies are tackling the weird front end of 5th gens. They are all super unique.

That's a pretty sweet 5th gen. CBI makes good stuff and I really like their designs.

My buddy got the Relentless Expo deal on his 17 Taco sliders while there. I wish they made more stuff for the 3rd gen.

I thought they did? They used to have a third gen.

In my opinion, they are bruteforce have the best quality welds of the 4 I listed above. Super nice

He did. They don't make a rear bumper for the 3rd gen or full skids. They make a front skid, sliders and front bumper.

CBIs fit and finish of bumpers i've seen have been a little underwhelming.

I've honestly only seen the tacoma rear and front hybrid along with this new 5th gen one. Never did too much research into them

Their slider price isn't too bad, but already have sliders. My buddy will be cuttin close on his, lead time is 10-12 weeks and our trip is 13 weeks out. Really want to see them on his rig for the trip.

Have him let them know and they might try to make sure it's done in time.

I'll let him know. He is really hoping since he still stock and we might hit some rough trails.

I like this! one of the selling points for us on the runner was the angular front end. Hadn't seen much in the way of not losing it without staying with a slimline bumper. I'll have to keep this one in mind.

Yeah, you've switched me from the SSO to the relentless one . But that full CBI is ... Probably just go slimline on the runner and full on the Taco.

    That's a first for me.

Quite a few dudes running CBI bumpers locally (I had them on my 4Runner too) and the fit "seems" perfect.

I'm not sure what you mean by finish but their designs are beautiful and their welds (especially the visible ones) are works of art in my opinion. They clearly spend less time making the hidden welds pretty, but they still seems good to the untrained eye.

few swingouts i've seen, their holes arent perfect, nor tumbled. Welds are spotty and missing in some areas you'd think they would be. Just overall for the price i expected a lot more.

I've head the rigs out there are beasts.

If you want to see the big dog rigs - Overland West.

If you want to see all the Toyotas - Overland East
