I am going to buy an icon stage 2 3.5 in lift with a 33x12.5r20 tire and a 20x10 maverick wheel. Will I have to trim anything or will they fit fine with no rubbing.

Look at doing Cab mount chop, then BFH to hammer down the pinch weld and you still might rub

You'll need the -24mm offset / 4.5" BS option to avoid rubbing the spindle/UCA. You will most likely rub the cab mount and the fenders even with your lift.

2wd or 4wd? if 2wd, you can do a spindle lift and get up above 3". if 4x4, stay at 3'"or less for the sake of your cv axles. or you can drop bracket lift that sucker, and go up to 6"

I had 305/60r18 (32.5x12) tires on a 18x9 0-offset rim. Just barely cleared the UCA. Had to remove the mud flaps and trim the cab mount. This is with a 3" lift.

You'll need to cut the cab mount and hammer the pinch weld, as mentioned above. Also as mentioned, don't go over 3" if 4x4. You'll probably still rub a little, as already mentioned.

Enjoy your mall crawler. If that's who you are, own it with a smile.

If you are doing 20's why not a 6" DB lift on 35's?

Yes. You will rub with 12.5" wide tires.

Come on. If OP wants 20s, let it be. I wouldn't, but we aren't talking about my truck. 6" lift does look really good with 35s though.
