Yeah. I'm probably going to go that route soon. Hopefully get @DannyBFresco bed rack in the next couple days and be able to start setting up the truck bed

What are your guys thoughts? I can get a set of Kings for the Tundra for $400 (most likely need rebuild) or set of resi'd Fox for $500 (need rebuild). Don't really need the resi, but for the bro factor it would be nice...haha

Would it cost more to have the fox rebuilt because of resi?

Not much, maybe $30 (granted the hoses aren't messed up).

I would say go with whichever is cheaper after rebuild?

If I worked for about 200 hours, got the full $18/hr with no taxes or deductions and didn't spend a dime of my paychecks, I can get the kings.. haha. Been thinking about getting a credit card again and just buying them lol

Don't do it, I wish I never had a credit card, but it is good to have and necessary with a family. It's too easy to throw something on and say you'll pay it off next paycheck, but something always comes up...

x2 on the CC. It's a really slippery slope. I racked up about 6 grand of CC debt and am now aggressively paying it off. It's such a hassle.

I haven't had a credit card in the last couple years. Was young and dumb when I first joined the army. Cut all my cards up. Paid them off and haven't got another. I hated being able to spend the money I didn't have haha

Good for building credit though, just need to have self control and make sure to pay it off monthly.

Do it if you're financially responsible. I have a few and they're all basically used to maximize my % back. There is zero incentive to use cash or debit card. I earn just under $100 free a month for using mine for everything. Also far better protection than any bank. But again, if you're financially responsible.

So yeah, I check this thread every once in a while, and saw you made a post about that ridiculous truck......If you really want to shake your head look at how his rear suspension is set up. I don't know how Baja Kits could let something like that leave their shop.

CC's are a touchy subject but the security is worth it alone if you have self-control. I treat mine like a debit card, never buying more than I'd be okay with spending if it were straight cash and paying off in full every month. I get nervous using my debit card when I dont have to... call me paranoid.

    Don't need $3,600 for Kings...

5100's and OME are fine. Big improvement over stock. People around here are getting rid of them for cheap. Back when I was making $18/ hour, I had a Mazda B2200 2wd. Covered rent, went to bars, did a lot of camping, and there is no fucking way I would have considered Kings. You have a nice newer 4wd truck, an RTT, and all the buffalo wings anyone could ever wish for. You got it good man

The CC is a bad idea, but do whatever makes you happy. I wouldn't burden myself with that debt though.

I just looked over it, and I must be missing something. Is it because he didn't relocate his rear shock?
