Started by rotating tires. 7500 miles on new Cooper Discoverer STT PRO's. About 1/64th wear. I'm pleased. Very smooth riding too!

    So then, an oil change.....

I was gonna wax it too, but laziness set in, Wax tomorrow.

    Initial impression?

I've had the AVS in channel ones in my cart for a year.

Fit great, Look more sleek (close to the body) than the set I had on my '10. Not sure of that brand. Can't wait until tomorrow to use them. Going to be about 85. 90's rest of the week here.

The same shit everyone else has.
Ugh. Figured out why my tires are starting to cup and where my vibrations are coming from .

Apparently these things are sealed very well as they were filled with more dirt than grease.

These are less than 2 years old and are junk. They look like theyve been at the bottom of the ocean for those 2 years. I bought the SPC's over uni-balls so I didnt have to deal with this kinda stuff. I cleaned em up and packed them full of new grease. Hopefully they last a few more days.

I ordered the updated replacements with grease zerks from Summit, they should be here tomorrow or Wednesday. Hopefully being able to pump em full of new grease monthly will keep this from happening again.

Then I shall proceed to fight with SPC and hopefully I can get reimbursed for the new ones....

    Also more good news....

Lower control arm bushings are starting to shows their age, the driver side CV has a good bit of play in it where it goes into the diff, and the sway bar end links are floppy.

ECGS bushing, rebuilt lower control arms, and sway bar end links are added to the 100k mile maintenance list...

And speaking of ECGS, does anyone have the tools they'd be willing to sell or lend out for a weekend?
