the exhaust is lower on the priority list honestly because it's a want...the tool box or bed cover is a need to replace my shell so I can still lock stuff in the bed

Ahhh...slimline meaning to not take up much bed space. I misunderstood that as "lower profile".

    I'll keep any eye out.

Is @SC2SC's UWS a slimline? Maybe he doesn't need it anymore since he just got your shell?

    BINGO! :)

That is NOT a slim line- it is a 12".

If you want like new UWS quality- step up to a 20" SLIM line, matte black- which no one has.

Mine also has two keys, so there.

    PM me.

There are also shorter boxes that can sit on the bed, and overlap on to the wheel wells- fully contained IN the bed. I believe they were made for flair side Rangers.

yep . That's all I need. It just to carry spare parts in

I drilled 2 holes through it and the bed then just bolted it down

The Ranger Splash is what they're made for. I tried this route once...if going this way, make sure you get a box with the bottom tapered in or double check the bottom width. I ordered the UWS box for the Splash but the bottom was square and wouldn't go between the wheel wells.

    Good morning all.

I've got vibration in my steering wheel and it's intermittent. Checked my tire pressure and alignment, both solid. Could this be the poorly implemented needle bearing I've heard about?
