FS: Custom TOYOTA Grill Emblems

I'll be powdercoating the remaining sets tomorrow so I'll do a re-count then to see what I have left. If not, you'll be the first on my next waitlist. Do you know what finish you want? (raw aluminum, beadblast, powdercoat)

 

Just raw aluminum. How tall are the letters? I want to make sure they will fit what I'm putting them on.

Just thought I'd throw in my endorsement:

Dozer is probably the most professional forum member I've ever encountered. Seriously, dude goes above and beyond.

I think I was one of the first few guys to pick up a set of these letters, actually. They are very high-quality, and blow away anything relatively comparable, including(in my opinion)the originals they're cloned from.

Wait until you see the template he referred to a few posts back. Talk about precise. I'd say fool proof, but we know how crafty fools can be

Anyways, i've attached a few pictures of when I was setting mine up. I ended up going with the bead-blasted version, however I decided to try my best to color match them to by matte dark bronze SCS Ray 10s. Any guys thinking about paintings these: Go for it, they take paint incredibly well. I'll try and get better pictures posted later on.

Nope, not yet, unfortunately. It took me forever to get them color matched, so you'd think I'd be all over it, but a few ongoing home improvement projects have been using up most of my free time.

If you're even half considering the Ray 10s, do it! Vince and the guys at SCS have developed (imo)the gnarliest wheel/color combo with the Ray 10s in matte dark bronze.

You got it - unfortunately lead time is still TBD (aiming for mid-May) You'd be #2 on the waitlist for the next production run.

Not to be that guy, but it's mid-May... I got an emblem from an old FJ and painted it but it doesn't look a quarter as good as what you've got going on.

 

I'd be interested in another one if you do a second run. Preferably bead blasted.
