Sounds typical my cousin just bought a house in Fl and when they had the inspection done on one house by 3 house inspectors the Bank, Himself and the homeowners the home owners report noted 4 deficiencies bank and his inspector had well over 15K in repairs roof,AC unit and air handler,water heater bad wood etc:...
