    I found this picture provided by a fellow member on the "what have you done to your 2nd gen" section. Could it be that I had one of these at one time and that is where the harness attaches to?

    Mirror that was on there is a gentex 455 which only has the compass and auto dim. :confused:

    I hate it when people cut harnesses, I haven't even really cut the harness on my parts truck and I just cut the frame in half last night

    The grey wrapped harness is the 7 pin gentex wiring harness for the mirror. Those are accounted for and I have a pigtail coming in the mail to get it working again. Its those 5 bastard wires that I cant figure out where they belong

    I believe that button is there so you can put a garage door opener on the inside, and press that gray button. There's nothing electrical about it. At least that's what I've seen that for in other cars.
