    Can ya spell Tonneau
    I'll probably use some http://www.evapo-rust.com/ to get it changed over to zinc oxide. Then I'll prime and paint it with the Rustoleum Professional Enamel. You can find it at Lowes in the big can. It's only available in a few primary colors but I've found it to be hard and sticky like a two part epoxy. You can't beat it for coverage.
