    I ordered on the 9th and finally got shipping confirmation this afternoon. Good communication this week.. they were waiting on the inventory to arrive evidently the warehouse ran out last week when dealers started reselling.

    I emailed the seller for a quote and he said "We only ship to Canada with the eBay global ship program." This wasn't particularly helpful, but I'm guessing it's far from free shipping.
