Congrats on selling and only taking $1,000 less. Pending inspections?

Yep, the house is only 5 years old and we've never had any issues so I'm not worried about it.

Were you near town? It blows my mind how fast houses near the college sell. Many times without being advertised.

No, up 25 towards Richmond. I was one of the first buyers in the development behind the animal shelter.

When do the 'straight Caucasian working class' sensitivity trainings start?

    I'll attend those

I was just through there yesterday looking at those townhouses for rent on the left when you go in there.

    Sweet!

Normally, they keep the HREW (cheapest optioned) in stock and ready to ship. All the other options are 4-6 weeks IIRC

It's a nice neighborhood! We just need more room, once the kid showed up we ran out of space quick. I still can't believe how quick it sold. My house is the first one you come to if yoy would have kept going straight instead of turning left to go to the town homes when you came in.

Well the training was just as stupid as we all assumed it would be. Apparently an Army Civilan employee "transitioned" and "her" supervisors would only address "her" as it, he, that and other derogatory pronouns. "She" sued the Army and won, big. Part of the ruling was that ALL D.O.D employees must receive "sensitivity training" (not tranny training) by July 1. So... I got my 2 hours of overtime. Note that I used all the proper pronouns. :D:annoyed::bananadead:

I'm surprised I haven't been required to go to a similar training. There are plenty of optional traingings available but I prefer not to go. I work at the college, not a day goes by someone's feelings aren't hurt.
