I would vote on "Newly designed motor and drivetrain that needs time for bugs worked out".

I think we all heard it before from you about your issues and myself and I'm sure others sympathize for you . But dragging out your frustrations here won't make you happy as your obviously very pissed off and I would be to if I had issues which are zero . If your that unhappy and have no trust in Toyota to address your issues then my advice would be take a loss , gamble the next vehicle will be better, life's to short to be unhappy with what you drive to get you where your going! Take the hit it won't be that bad the value is still going to be high just don't sell or trade it in to a dealer that has heard and documented all your complaints. Money can be replaced happiness is earned. No Fear! Is an award that only you can give that trophy to!
    Peace

I have had that come up twice and believe it is between your phone and carrier. Both times it happened I only had 1 bar of service. I have been completely satisfied with mine so I didn't vote.

Yeesh, up to 31 votes for "moving production from Japan" for a vehicle that was never assembled in Japan. (Someone please prove me wrong because I really want to believe that people aren't that dumb and I just overlooked something in the history of Tacomas)

I don't think a Japanese branded pickup has been fully built in Japan since the "Chicken Tax" went into effect.

For a number of years they were able to exploit a loophole that allowed a cab/chassis to be imported and then a bed added here, but that loophole was closed (the Subaru BRAT got in because it was classified as a car with the death's doorways, I mean seats in the back)

The Chicken Tax is also why so many imported SUVs went to 4 doors in the early 90's as 2 door versions were reclassified as a light truck around that time.

My favorite part of this thread is the poor grammar in the title foreshadowing poor quality control leading the poll.
