head unit is easy as long as u bring the appropriate dash kit and wiring harness. urd cai will require a little cutting on the radiator support and besides that its easy. if u havent ordered anything yet, i doubt u can get the cai in time for sat/sun

Yeah, I think I'll hit Best Buy on the way there (Rivergate) and pick up the head unit I've been looking at. I'll make sure to get all the correct harnesses and everything. I've put head units in a ton of vehicles in the past, so I probably won't need much help. I'm mostly just coming to check out what others have done to their trucks so I can decide what I want to do to mine...

yeah, u can get that stock unit out in less than 5 mins. the longest part will be doing the wiring for the harness. is this going to be a navi unit or need a remote brain or navi/xm antennas installed?

cool man. I'll keep that in mind. I'll do the cai later, and may need a tool to cut the sheet metal. The rest is pretty self explanatory...

I'll be there Saturday hell or high water. My color-match grille gets delivered tomorrow.

    My updated list is:

    -Grillcraft upper + lower inserts
-Relocate horns and rattle can the radiator
-Install door sill protectors if warm enough.

Reminds me...planning on cutting the crossbar out of the grille surround...you have a recipro-saw?

Also, other plans Sunday, so I'm a Saturday only guy, but yes I am STILL IN.
