If you are super top heavy maybe. But it is just allowing the suspension to flex it out and not limiting it. I don't think it will help it get past that point. In theory no sways should keep it more level

Nope. She joked about it the whole time we were on broken arrow. Slightly off camber... Matt don't flip and kill us.

I installed some new headlights last night. These are from eBay and talked about quite a bit on t4r.org. Before and after pics

After having a 94 t4r which I loved, but the 3vze didn't love me, I ended up selling it. I still regret that, even though I'd have probably replaced everything on it by this point if I still owned it.

The wife started looking at cars last year, I kept hinting at 4runners, she wasn't super interested until I actually got her on a lot sitting in and driving one. She was sold. We kept shopping around and she decided she wanted the trail premium(yes!). Ended up getting a 2016 last November and it's been awesome. Certainly a departure from my old runner, it rides fantastic, like riding on a cloud as my wife says. She's started pushing to get it dirty and test the 4wd, which I'm scared of for the sole reason that it's still a brand new vehicle. So we'll keep driving it and getting it ready until the day comes we feel ok taking it on more than dirt roads.

She started talking about steps a while ago, so I showed her sliders, and she loved them, but at $600 or so for bolt ons, my cheap ass started making plans for homemade. Ended up making them 0deg, bolt on. Passenger side was easy, since she has kdss, drivers side was slightly more complicated. Still haven't actually tried to jack up the truck with them, but after seriously jumping on these they don't flex. So, sixty in steel, twenty for some bends, and expendables we're in for around $100.

Now I've got to make some for my Tacoma, and a buddies taco.

I'm six months late to posting in the t4r section here, but very happy that I'm able to come into a 4runner forum without just dreaming about my 94. I can actually post knowing that I own one again!

Welcome! The only reason I'd be hesitant to jack from those is because there's no portion that attaches to the bottom of the frame to keep them from bending upwards. It's a design incorporated into a lot of sliders.
