    while we are on the subject. you should really provide multiple tightening bolts, as one only lasts about half the nuts and then it starts to chew them up and then breaks...

    But I'd advise the OP not to drill anymore holes in that area. You're compromising the "safety cage" of your cabin. I just asked a body/ chassis engineer and he mentioned, " I don't know why the fuck these guys drill all these holes for those stupid light bars and they make all sorts of wind noise. Fucking morons, don't they care about their safety". LOL

    @aleriance seems like you haven't tried using the rivnut tool yet (you mentioned you just held it up to the hole and it fell out), I still think you should be fine to get them work once you use the tool and get them to squish and expand.
