    And for future reference for everyone, don't buy SDHQ axle boots. I haven't had them on for a year and have replaced 3 and need to replace the 4th with 2 holes in it. So fucking annoying.

    Alright suspension guru's, looking for tips/advice. I'm wanting to redo the front of my truck. Rear will come later down the road. For now, I'm looking at Camburg ball joint uca's and king coilovers. Should I do the upgraded 700lb coils? I have a brute force front bumper and a winch in my garage ill be adding eventually. Also thinking I'll get the extended travel ones. Anything else I'll need or should order to do while I'm in there? Will I need longer brake lines? Should I get superbumps too?

    Yes for brake lines, id probablg get 700lb coils, and if you're getting extended travel then you'll need uniballs to utilize the extended travel

    Just order fucking uniballs. Extended travel coilovers are the same price, maybe $50 more. And uniballs are like $100 more but just lube them every once in a while and you're fine. If I hadn't practically stole my uppers I'd have gone uniballs

    Coilovers are same price, uniball uppers are 130 more if I remember right. Maybe I'll go standard travel and ball joint just to mess with you :boink:

    I bet there's some memorial day sales coming up you can take advantage of. And I agree with everyone. 700# springs, uniball uppers, extended brake lines and wheelers bumps. If you want to finish the front suspension: poly lca bushings, spindle gussets and cam tab gussets.

    Hmmmmmm. Never really thought about it. I think I tend to assume that something is always wrong and something always needs fixed before wheeling again but then I never care about it until it's actually time to wheel. Haha my biggest problem is my truck isn't my only motorsports money pit so I don't always care about it as much as I used to when it was my only money pit. Just imagine if I put the 10k I've spent on my car in the past year or so into my truck. Or if I put the 30k I've spent on my truck in the past 8 years into my car .... But then I'd have to compromise somewhere in between on road and off road fun. Fuck that.
