    I met a sheetmetal troop once from Spangdahlem, AFB when I was in the sand box shook is hand and felt something touching the back of my hand toward the middle looked down and it was his thumb... He laughed he was like sorry about that he explained he lost his thumb in an accident working on the plane and he got them to transplant his 4th finger to his thumb and it works lol He did say it was a little freaky to get used to but he doesn't even think about it . I also worked with a Vietnam vet at Dover AFB that had the top part of his big toe used to rebuild the top part of his thumb he lost from a grenade. So lol take your pick you can get it fixed and freak people out if they can lol

    They cut out some of the bone pinned it together. Walked around with pins 12 weeks then cast 12 weeks. Rehab it lasted 3 weeks broke again.
