Since I've start going back to the gym, I've lost 4lbs. It's not much, but it's a start. And I had a person tell me the other day that I look like I'd lost weight, which is a damn lie because 4lbs does not make a difference, but I'll take what I can get.

 

Yeah that's when I plan to start getting serious. Now I'm just trying to break some bad habits and psyche myself out about being healthier
