Northern Virginia Roll Call

Starts today and runs through the weekend. Mostly hot rods and tuners but there is always room for a Taco Meetup. If anything it's an excuse to get out and people/car watch. I'm only 45 minutes away so it's an easy trip for me.

They do another in the fall.

How far away is that and when? Im going down partially to get my RTT so I am heading down tomorrow, but we will be wheeling tomorrow as well.

 

i hate house shopping.

so we ended up terminating the contract on that place in Harper's Ferry that we were under contract for because the owners werent willing to fix ANYTHING in the house at all.


so we saw a really nice house 2 nights ago and put an offer in yesterday, and we're just playing the waiting game now.... it's annoying.

That's a bummer. How long do they have to reply to the offer? On ours, we had offers the Friday and Saturday we put the house up, more offers Sunday, and accepted the best offer for us on Sunday evening. So unless it is a new arrival market and they are hoping for more offers to come in, I would hope for you to hear something within a day or so.

 

Cool I need to visit canislupis and get some fluid film as well might kill two birds one stone if I can.
