    A thing or two...
Nice. I've started looking around at rear shock relocation brackets. I'm in the process of piecing together a lift for my truck and deciding what exactly I want to do with my rear suspension. Being a prerunner, I want to maximize flex/travel in the rear for keeping the drive wheels on the ground without going too crazy. Definitely don't want shocks poking into the bed, but I'm thinking a SUA swap would be nice for controlling wheel hop/axle wrap when I get around to adding more power.

You get rid of all the vacuum leaks? Could be a bad maf.

You can also try to run it without the BOV. Just unhook the vacuum hose and cap off the nipples and the BOV will stay closed. See if that fixes it.

Do yourself a favor and eliminate the BOV as a factor. Remove the vacuum tube from the BOV to your manifold and just cap those fittings off then try a full power run. If it still stalls, you can rest assured its not the BOV/spring. If it doesn't stall, I would say the spring is too light.

Try not to jump to conclusions and get married to one. Weigh all the possibilities and start with the easiest and cheapest troubleshooting.

    Ahh, must have missed that.

J did you ever fix that vacuum leak? You mentioned that the booger welds helped but didn't fix the vacuum. You also mentioned that cleaning the MAF helped for a while but the issues came back.

Sometimes if the trubo doesn't drain %100, oil will seep into the compressor housing (especially if its a cheap turbo) and you end up blowing oil through your intake and all over your MAF. I had to adjust mine to get it to drain better as it did just that.

Take your intake off and check inside your intake for oily residue.

Buying a new MAF can be $$$ but might be the next step but I would verify %100 you've fixed all your vacuum leaks before throwing down a $100.

Check the MAF in your truck. Should have a PN on it.

Also check for oil in your intake to make sure its not just getting gumbed up.

Nevermind the oil theory; just remembered the MAF was on the other side of the turbo.

How's the vacuum leak testing going? Btw, if you can do a write up on that leak tester I would love to make one of my own.
