When I bought that complete lower from PSA, had it shipped to Eagle guns in Concord, I was in-n-out in like 2 mins. no paper at all, just took my CCW licencse info and sent me on my way

 

I knew it was something to that affect just to lazy to look it up.. I remember when I lived in Lake Wylie and would go to the gun show i heard this but I could not buy anyway since I was an out of State resident....

 

yeah, they have some silly out of state purchase laws. I could not buy an AR lower in SC, had to have it sent to the local shop in NC, to do a X-fer

Any good places to sell used guns? I've bought from gunbroker before but never have sold online before. Aside from gun shows though, everything else is pretty locked up it seems

 

What really pisses people off about the DC stuff is the "good reason" clause you jump through hoops for months spend money then they tell you you don't have "good reason" bye bye and keep your money and you wasted $500 bucks and time jumping through hoops...

 

I keep an M&P .45acp with laser sight clipped to my door storage. Just open the door and grab it and tuck it IWB...great setup

I would really like to see Trump and his administration, overturn these laws the States have put in place. Sure DC could take a year for a CCWP, they could take three years, and still not infringe on the Constitution. Denying gun ownership based upon opinion (at best) is infringement, and should be sent to the Supreme Court.

 

While I agree 100% that DC is ridiculous and that it has absolutely zero justification to be, let's be careful how political we get about it. I know none of us are trying actively to discuss politics, but this one kind of goes hand-in-hand with it. Don't want to get the thread locked.

 

This women has done a lot for the concealed carry law here in DC check out her book very good read....

I do a fair amount of business on Guns America too.

 

Reading about y'alls CCW plights makes me feel pretty posh in Georgia. Here's how it goes:

Walk into courthouse. Pay $69 (used to be like $45). Do fingerprints & background check with Sheriff's Dept. and GBI. 2-3 days go by and they call you when your permit is printed. Good for 5 years, IIRC. They used to look like a third grader made it in the school copier room, but they updated the design a few years ago. Now they look like a 5th grader made it at home.
