Haha if things go right, I will be rolling pretty far out from here in time. Sad part is, where Im at is the best deal in town out of 8 major neighboring apartment complexes.

I was gonna say the same thing. I like the narrow strips better. Not a big fan of wood flooring in a kitchen, but I suppose if people are careful it could work. The idea of water damage scares me.

Are you at the apartments off of Huntington Ave and Route 1?

Alexandria is a great area, I am just saying if he wants to find a house for around 300k.

yea.... I am pretty sure youre right.... I ordered the RGB rock lights... I'll probably just run them on orange when we're on the trail (or another color that will save my night vision)

butall those colors wont be strobing or anything... I'll probably find a nice orange for every RGB light I put on and stick with that color for everything.... so there will be:
    orange rock lights,
    orange demon eyes,
and I'll likely just stick with a white / turn signal switchback halo to break it up a little.

I dont think that will be too much bro with that setup...

    on another note:
the light bar I am picking up from @fatfurious2 today is going somewhere in the grill.... I measured last night and the opening of the grill is almost exactly 36" (it's a 34" light bar) so it should fit perfectly in that spot.

quartz is supposed to never need sealing, and is more stain resistant. If I remember correctly.

Im off duke street right by exit 3A off of 395. When my roommate and I went to lock in a spot, took us 6 months to get in. I wasn't in a rush as I was living at home, but I have to admit our pad is a decent deal compared to everyone else I have chatted with.

my coworker planted this idea in my head since that's how he got his ATV. lol

so I'll see what comes back on the inspection and I might toss that in.

yep. I LOVE my loan people.... they do a "free" VA loan so they dont charge any origination fees and all these other BS fees that a lot of places like NFCU and USAA charge.

I am not much of a fan of my realtor. I would fire him if I wasnt so heavily vested in at this point.

hahaha yea unacceptable if it's a new build. you dont have an excuse since YOU picked it all. haha

    ugh. touche'.....

    but!

they look great now! no bubbles or anything!

yea, that's a risk, but we have never had an issue before and we usually have those absorbent mats down in the kitchen

yea, but everyone knows "granite" so I dont know what we'll end up doing... I am on the practical side of quartz, the wife likes to err on the side of resale and going w/ granite.

    Coot how old are you?
    harry carry
to commit suicide (from the Japanesse expression to slice oneself open with a ritual sword. A gross simplification of the actual Japanesse expression.) Example: see the film "Harold and Maude" for an excellent demonstration by the main character, out of context
1)That guy from Brooklyn committed Harry Carry when his wife left him.

2)It was Harry Carry time when his business when under.

3)Those Japs would commit Harry Carry instead of surrendering in WWII, thinking it was a more honorable death.
