Done-ish. A few minor details to go, then start on the tire carrier before painting the whole project.

Looking good. How did you attach the "wings" to the frame?

And how the hell did you manage to run out of gas and wire at the same time?? That is a feat that I have not been able to accomplish.

And I thought I was almost out of wire, I still had enough to get about half of the bumper welded. But went through almost a full tank of gas today. I'm wondering if I maybe got a dud refill tank that wasn't all the way full. I'm gonna call and find out how much psi it's supposed to have when new. Not that it does me any good now

2.2k psi usually. How many cfh are you running the regulator at?

I'm running about 25cfh. And I don't think I ever had over 500psi on this tank. Just picked it up yesterday, so I'm definitely gonna call about it and see about maybe getting the next fill discounted.

Worth a shot. I cut down from 25 to 16. Use way less gas and no noticeable degradation of weld quality.

Maybe I'll try cutting it down a bit. And yeah, worst case they tell me too bad, best case I get a free tank. I'll be happy with a half price refill or better.

Well thanks for the info. Got a free tank. I'll try cutting down on gas when I get going on the tire carrier

Nice. What's a tank of 75/25 cost in your next of the woods? $30 gets me out the door.

Lol. Thought they were Trailer Products fenders, so only 2" wider.

They are the trailer products which are a 3" flare and 2" rise. my tires are basically at the end of them now with my 2" spacers, so I will stick out just a little past them. Maybe one day down the road I'll get bigger glass and bedsides, but not anytime soon I don't think. Unless something happens to this set while on the trail or something.

Thanks me either. Now the hardest part of going LT. Placing the order and waiting 4-8 weeks:annoyed:

Though I did say I'd send beer if they got it to me in 3 weeks lol

Lol. Let me know if that works. I am guessing you did not get in on the GB that does not look like it is happening.
