Very vague but Bilsteins seem to be a popular option. Coilovers if you want better performance/have more money to blow :D King/Fox/Icon. Although, I have heard about some leaking issues with ICONS so that may be something you want to look into. BUT, I don't personally run them so I can't say first hand AND I have seen a lot of good reviews from other members who do run them. Something you may want to look into if ICON is the route you want to go.

I would avoid putting struts on your Tacoma.

ARE Shell. Pelfreybilt front bumper. hi-clearance rear bumper w/swing out. Rigid light bar/fog lights/reverse lights. Pelfreybilt front skid. Home/hand made slidders. DR front coilovers. Camburg UCA. AllPro Expedition leaf pack w/u-bolt flip and Timbren bump stops. 285 70-17 on stock rims with Spider Trax wheel spacers. EBC slotted/drilled rotors with green pads.
Coilovers for sure. Pick a color or name that you like. They are all pretty much the same. I've seen them all leak or blow out.

Make sure to look into upper control arms too. Again, pick a color and name you like. They are all about the same.

I like blue... so KINGS IT IS FOR ME :D tough decision though... 3k vs a few hundred for bilsteins... Tough decision to make considering my truck lives on the pavement 99% of the time.

whys that? I put Bilstein 5100's at all corners, swapped the front struts out myself using the floor jack method while it was still bolted on the truck. Piece of cake

I have Bilstein 5100s on all 4 corners as well. Paired with OME 887s in the front. (LR UCAS too). For what I needed, this is a good setup. Maybe down the road I'll upgrade to Kings or Icons to get a better ride quality but I am very happy with the way it is.

I set my fronts at 1.75 (factory UCA's), paired with a 1.5" wheelers AAL out back and its still a very comfortable ride, even on these "wonderful" PA roads haha. No alignment issues also.

Thats awesome. I left mine at 0 setting and got lift from the coils. At about 3" after settling, with the icon progressive AAL in rear. I love the ride. (recently switched the single Deaver leaf out for the icon pack - big improvement).

Hey OP, Welcome to the TW family.

Lifts go from the minimum level kit to crazy trophy truck in complexity and pricing.

    Start here:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tacoma-lift-faq-guide-read-this.11282/unread

Also , go to the home page and select "Suspension & Lifts" from the navigation box. You will find many people who have asked the same question before, and lots of detailed answers instead of the one-liners you may get right now.

Finally, if you like video better, check out these guys at Filthy Motorsports. While they mostly sell high dollar (King) suspensions, their videos are informative and will teach you a lot you may not know about suspensions.

And if you like the extreme suspensions (TC long travel for instance) you are in luck. Extreme 4x4 is building a tacoma for a BFG give away. You may not ever do all that he is doing to this truck, but it's fun to watch.
